Check-in time is 3pm or as agreed. Check out is 11am.

Our home and out buildings are smoke-free environments.

Children over 10 are welcome.

The house is wheelchair accessible.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on the weekends March through November.

Payments are made by phone with Master, Visa or Discover Card. A deposit equal to a one-night stay must be paid when making the reservation–or as otherwise agreed.

A two week cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If it is less than 14 days, you will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your room. A $25 fee will be applied.
